Hi, I’m Nicole! You’ve already taken the first step in the process of becoming a better version of yourself. I know how difficult it can be to admit one might need help, and even more difficult to open up to someone new. I have a passion for helping people and have worked with individuals and couples in the mental health field for over 8 years.
I have experience working with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, stress, pregnancy loss, ADHD, and trauma. I am trained in Gottman Levels 1 & 2, EMDR, and sex therapy, and I provide therapy from an integrative approach.
Therapy can be intimidating but it doesn’t have to be. I respect that it likely took a lot of courage to seek help. My goal is to make your process of healing as encouraging and comforting as possible.
