You can develop the healthy life you desire. Humans experience emotions! Sometimes we may think there is a right way and a wrong way to feel and distress means, we are feeling the wrong way. That is a ton of pressure! Sometimes, our emotions become distressing. Sometimes we worry. Few are taught to manage emotions and anxiety effectively and distress can lead to self-blame, defeated feelings, strained relationships, self-harm, and more. I can help!
I believe in treating clients holistically. We are more than our mental health. However, I specialize in the treatment of Anxiety no matter the cause. My clinical focus is creating an environment that is safe and promotes personal growth. My clients learn to replace unhealthy coping skills and problematic anxiety response with skills, proven to work.
I work with individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity. My hours vary for easy accessibility. Groups
DBT Skills Group - Adults 18+
DBT skills group beginning on 12/1/2022 from 7-8:30. This is a closed group and participants must attend each group session. Participants must also maintain individual DBT therapy. If the client does not have access to individual DBT therapy, Our practice can provide a DBT therapist. Cost is $25/session for group.
