In our sessions, I will work through a trauma-informed lens and incorporate elements of Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-Based therapy, Expressive Art, and Somatic’s. Our therapeutic journey begins with mutual goal setting. We will create a roadmap that aligns with your unique needs and aspirations.
