As a therapist at Matone Counseling, I support clients who may be feeling stuck and are looking for some support in finding a starting point and getting some traction, or who are simply looking for a safe space to express and explore themselves. I'm passionate about working with young adults and adults (18-40) struggling with anxiety, traumatic experiences and life transitions.
I enjoy helping clients to learn the language of the body through mindfulness and sensory/somatic awareness. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) also weave elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Restructuring into my practice for a more cerebral approach, depending on what suits you!
