My name is Nicole, and I’m a trauma-informed, licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC-1) with over 8 years of experience walking alongside individuals in recovery. I work with adults who are ready to reclaim their lives—whether you're in early sobriety, in long-term recovery, or somewhere in between. My clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in cycles that no
longer serve them, and unsure of how to break free. Together, we create a space for honest reflection, steady progress, and meaningful change.
In our sessions, I integrate traditional approaches like CBT and talk therapy with somatic and holistic tools—such as guided breathwork, mindfulness, and meditation—to help regulate
your nervous system and reconnect with your inner strength. As a Reiki Master, I offer energy healing as an optional, complementary modality for clients who are open to it. Every path to healing is different. Whether you're managing past trauma, healing relationships, or breaking free from the grip of addiction, I will meet you with compassion & curiosity.
