I have years of experience working with persons of all ages, but mostly with children, adolescents and families. I'm committed to providing you with compassion, hope and healing as well as empathy, positive regard and encouragement throughout your journey to being more mentally healthy.
I am trauma therapy trained for children and adolescents and help them overcome such adversity. I help to provide you with more effective relationship/social and communication skills, to avoid conflict as well as coping mechanisms to improve mood and to decrease, anger, defiance, anxiety and depression.
