Hello, future client! I am so excited to join you on your journey of health and wellness. We will work together to bring beauty from the pain of life's circumstances at times. Come join me in a space that is both safe and non-judgmental as we work on some of these challenges. If you desire to work towards restoration on mental health symptoms that include but are not limited to anxiety, hopelessness, immense stress, lack of motivation, etc., you have surely come to the right place. I will be your support as you work through areas of concern to improve everyday functioning and wellbeing.
I have worked with various populations, ranging from young children to elders, but my focus is in working with adolescents and young adults. I have also worked in different levels of care. I specialize in PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and Mood disorders but have also worked with many other disorders. I offer individual, family, and couples counseling.
My professional goal is to be clear that I have too faced adversity. Every day stressors can be challenging enough, so let's work together to turn limitations into strengths and face the world with a new mindset.
