Everyone has issues & problems. Healthy people admit it. I grew up with debilitating anxiety & OCD. In life, you can choose passion or fear. I chose fear for 30 years. I was a prisoner to anxiety when I found myself at the end of my proverbial rope. I began working with a therapist who helped me to understand the root causes of my fears, but I still felt stuck. I started working with a somatic coach who taught me about mindfulness & body work and took me on a life-changing journey to India, where I trekked in the Himalayas & discovered my life's purpose - to turn my trials into triumphs so that I can help others to do the same.
In my practice, I combine therapy & coaching techniques including mindfulness, self inquiry, acceptance & commitment therapy & a strength based approach. I believe that my relationship with my clients is vitally important. As such, I am authentic & transparent, to foster a trusting environment. I am also genuine, compassionate & sometimes, brutally honest.

In this six month course, you will learn to: develop your core strengths, discover your life's purpose, explore your dreams, build authentic, lifelong friendships and overcome obstacles that keep you stuck. Tuition includes: 6 fifty minute individual coaching sessions, 6 two hour group meetings, all course materials (six books, binder, all handouts) and a two night mountain retreat (food and accommodations provided). *Course is limited to 8 participants.
