I specialize in working with couples navigating the unique dynamics of neurodivergence, helping partners bridge communication gaps, manage emotional regulation, and build empathy through practical, evidence-based strategies. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy, DBT, the Gottman Method (Level I certified), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Internal Family Systems.

I have ADHD which means I'm awesome at seeing through the chaos, interpret it, analyze it and wrangling it in a way that makes sense for you to have tangible tools, creative solutions, assertive and compassionate language to navigate difficult emotions and situations.
