About
Life can often be overwhelming. Recognizing the signs that you may need someone to talk to or help you navigate the obstacles is an amazing accomplishment. I applaud you for taking the first step!
We will work together to identify and incorporate goals and values that are important to you into your daily life. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches in my clinical practice including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based practice. My goal is to help clients to decrease areas of distress while finding more meaningful ways to proceed through life.
I am a trauma survivor as well as a military veteran. I am dedicated to being the absolute best therapist I can, which means individual case management and staying educated on cutting-edge trends and interventions. I have worked with those who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and chronic physical conditions.
