Hi! I'm Nicole. I'm a Clinical Therapist specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma/PTSD with adolescents and adults. I use a strength-based approach and cognitive-behavioral therapy to help my clients work towards their goals. I'm passionate about seeing a client's confidence and self-advocacy skills grow as they realize their own potential. Reaching out for help can often be a challenging and scary experience. That's why I offer my clients the room they need to explore their concerns with someone who is safe, compassionate, and understanding.
I use evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBIs), Attachment Theory, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help my clients work toward their goals. I'm passionate about seeing clients' confidence and self-advocacy skills grow as they realize their potential.
