I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with experience treating children, adolescents, and adults, struggling with trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, and addiction. Using a solution-focused approach, I meet you where you are, and move you towards making the necessary changes to live your life authentically. Therapy is tailored to the client's unique situation and as symptoms improve, sessions may decrease in frequency until goals are met. This is your time to process emotions safely, without judgment.
I have experience working with youth in residential schools, and in foster care, and provided in-home therapy with youth reuniting with their family. More recently, I made the transition to working with adults struggling with substance use and complex mental health and medical diagnoses.
My work is inclusive, empathetic, and culturally sensitive. I have worked with diverse populations all across the state of Rhode Island. I am so glad you are here. Taking the initiative to make change is sometimes all it takes to see improvement in mental health. I got you!
