Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. These experiences have reinforced my belief that lasting change happened when people feel safe enough to be authentic, supported enough to take healthy risks, and empowered to discover their own strengths. I work with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds and tailor treatment to each person's unique experience and goals.

I draw from evidence-based approaches like: Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Processing and other treatment models.
