I draw from person-centered, AEDP, and psychodynamic modalities and have advanced training in complex trauma and its many varied symptoms. I stay anchored to this field- I authored two bestselling therapy books and also run the popular psychotherapymemes Instagram page. I am passionate about my work and love supporting other clinicians in their own growth.
My approach is warm, as I hold that compassion is a profound catalyst for change. I believe attunement is the most impactful part of therapy.
