Hi! I believe healing begins with feeling seen, understood, and accepted. I'm passionate about helping people explore their emotions, make sense of their life experiences, and discover new ways of moving forward through creativity, curiosity, and self-compassion. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, and cultural concerns, helping them build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
Therapy with me is collaborative, creative, and personalized. I use plenty of analogies, incorporate art when it feels helpful, and believe humor has a place in healing. Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and expressive arts therapy, we'll find an approach that fits your unique needs!
