I am passionate about helping those who have low sexual arousal disorder, erectile dysfunction disorder, or struggle with unwanted sexual behavior. I can provide Christian-focused counseling. I enjoy working with couples and helping them learn ways to communicate more effectively. For individuals, I provide eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) as my main technique while including skills from other modalities. I am a LGBTQP+ ally. Sarcasm is my second language but doesn't have to be included in sessions. Fun Facts About Me: I enjoy playing video games, crocheting, and spending time with my 6 pets.
I aim to provide a safe and positive environment for my clients. I want my clients to know that I am going on their journey alongside them while trying to help them with their struggles. Clients are welcome to be themselves without worrying about judgment.
A lot of individuals feel embarrassed or ashamed regarding their mental health issues. When we are sick with a physical ailment, we go to the doctor. Our brains are no different. They require professional care. We may not be able to always "see" mental health issues, but that doesn't mean they doesn't exist. I am here to try and help you.
