About
In my practice, I provide individual therapy to adult survivors of trauma, grief, and loss, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I collaborate with people who want to uproot stigma, stuckness, and what no longer serves in their lives. I support people who want to plant reparative seeds, and who want to grow a life-story that centers healing, radical self-care, improved quality of life, and deliberate joy. While I hold specialized awareness to the unique stressors impacting black women and women of color, I am fully committed to holding a safe space for all women, LGBTQ+ communities, and allies.
I am only only offering online therapy at this time. I invite the lessons of nature and narrative as a trauma-informed framework and infuse sensorimotor approaches, mindfulness-based stress reduction practices, and creative writing journal prompts into your care plan. Each session is intended to honor your specific needs and goals.
With whatever story you hold and with whatever lived experiences you have survived, you made it to this moment. Let us honor that. You are deserving of a sense of belonging.
