I specialize in treating trauma & women’s health. I am trained in numerous evidence-based psychotherapies such as EMDR, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe strongly in the mind-body connection & finds ways to merge the worlds of psychology + yoga healing, with somatic therapies.
