I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment to help you find solutions to a variety of life's challenges. Together, we will tailor your treatment to meet your needs by building on your strengths as well as developing techniques to manage and reduce life stress.
In addition to using other treatment modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and solution focused therapies, I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which we can use to help work through any past trauma that continues to impact your life.
I have been working in the mental health field for over twenty years, eighteen of those as a therapist, and have worked with a variety of clients with all types of issues. Therapy is a journey to help you reach your best self and I look forward to embarking on that journey with you.
