Hello, I'm Nicole Alper-Ramos! I'm excited to meet you and start working towards your therapy goals. I am a Master's level clinician, licensed in Colorado with 5 years of professional work experience. I have worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and orientations and have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have extensive experience related to career exploration and selection, and early adulthood transitions.

My approach is grounded in solution-focused therapy, combined with cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive therapy. We will work together to develop a treatment plan to meet your unique needs and specific goals.

My primary goal is goal to support and empower my clients throughout their therapeutic journey and to help them fulfill their individual goals. I look forward to working with you! A little more about me - I am originally a South Florida native and moved to CO 5 years ago. I regularly practice yoga and mindfulness for my own self-care and mental health.
