I specialize in working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum, as well as those who experience chronic anxiety, social phobia, and OCD. I am dedicated to helping the people I work with develop and maintain healthy, fulfilling lives. I offer psychotherapy for individuals and families, as well as psychological and diagnostic evaluations for children, teens, and adults, including adult assessments for ASD/Asperger's. For each of my patients I use a tailored and collaborative style.
With a cognitive-behavioral approach, my goal is to help patients gain a deeper understanding about themselves and learn new skills to foster resilience and independence. I specialize in working with individuals with co-occurring challenges, specifically Autism and Anxiety using CBT.
