In my practice, I work with individuals across the lifespan addressing a variety of mental health concerns such as perinatal/postpartum mental health, chronic illness, posttraumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief, loss and adjustment difficulties.
As a clinical psychologist, I am trained in many therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices such as Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma-focused therapy, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, maternal/infant mental health, relational and psychodynamic approaches.
I am a strong believer in practicing what I preach, and I am committed to my own mental health and well-being. I lean on my faith, spiritual beliefs, and experiences in my own therapy to inform my work with my clients. I strive to be both knowledgeable, supportive and down to earth creating an environment for clients to be vulnerable and brave.
