I strive to provide a supportive and understanding environment unique to each client’s needs. I focuses on building a strong rapport with clients in order to promote change in their daily lives. I predominantly work with clients ages 12+. I focus heavily in PTSD, Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Depression, attachment issues, and self-esteem.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral, Person-Centered, and Narrative based therapy techniques through a variety of creative interventions. I also integrate my background in neuroscience to promote understanding of how our brains function and can change.
