My approach is strength-based, relational, and integrative, drawing from parts work, somatic awareness, and mindfulness. I support clients in not only gaining insight, but also moving through self-doubt, fear, and uncertainty, so you can trust yourself more deeply, feel grounded, and step more fully into who you are.
