I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and Gestalt certified therapist with a practice rooted in compassion, empathy, and humor. Through a Gestalt framework, I aim to foster a grounded, present-focused connection while we work on building a deeper awareness of you.
I work with individuals ages 13 and up, families, and couples. I have specific experience working with those with ADHD, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and shame, as well as supporting individuals who are a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
