Whether you're a teen riding the emotional rollercoaster of high school, an adult juggling anxiety and adulting (it's hard, we get it), a couple stuck on repeat, or someone carrying the weight of trauma or addiction—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’m not your typical nod-and-mmm therapist. Yes, I’m trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems and Narrative therapy—but I also believe that healing doesn’t have to be stiff or serious 100% of the time. In my office, it’s okay to laugh, cry, vent, and show up as YOU!

I work with teens, individuals, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and just...life. My goal?
