Looking for an authentic and deeply compassionate therapist with over twenty five years of clinical experience? My work with adult clients supports them in overcoming suffering while tapping into their strengths to create a meaningful life. I honor where my clients are at while gently guiding them toward change by unearthening blocks and cultivating tools to facilitate emotional growth. My clients present with a range of issues, including mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, compulsive disorders, eating disorders / disordered eating, addiction, personality disorders, women’s issues, complex trauma and dissociation.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and Linehan board certified DBT therapist with over two decades of experience. I am also intensively trained in eating disorders, EMDR and EFT. I weave in mindfulness and somatic practices to assist clients in connecting with their truth (wise minds) in order to support them in building their life worth living.

My concierge style practice offers clients a tailored treatment plan, highly personalized attention and greater accessibility to me. Many of our clients comment on how our women's group has allowed them to no longer feel isolated in their struggles. Our Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group allows you to learn to live your life in a mindful way, by learning skills to help regulate your emotions, handle distress and crisis, and decrease interpersonal conflict. Our skills group is made up of a heterogenous population of clients, as we have found DBT to be highly effective with a wide variety of mental health issues. DBT at the Oasis is facilitated by two psychologists who have both been intensively trained in DBT. We can both attest that we have seen remarkable changes in those who have committed themselves to this experience.
