This client will also be curious about themselves, trying their best to withhold judgements about their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Their goals are to live their best life regardless of their situations, and to explore themselves deeply.
I am very good at holding space and helping clients make sense of difficult situations. I try to act as a mirror, showing to my clients different parts of themselves they might not be able to see due to mental health symptoms, a history of trauma, or deeply held core beliefs about their worth.
Everyone in our world has their own journey and struggles, and everyone's path in life is going to look different. For that reason, we will try not to judge ourselves and others, and we will try to cultivate a mindset of acceptance and gratitude.
