Finding a therapist can be a daunting task! If you are seeking a compassion-focused space in which you are seen as a whole person, I may be a good fit. I have a particular passion for supporting and uplifting LGBTQ+ individuals and those who have experienced trauma of all kinds. I have extensive expertise in treating PTSD, C-PTSD, and dissociative disorders. As a trans therapist, I practice from an affirmative care model that centers gender joy, as I strongly believe that our joy is resistance! My goal is to provide a warm, empathic space for you to move out of survival mode and into a life that brings you fulfillment and meaning.
I offer a space for clients to feel seen, empowered, and connected. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies to allow for fully individualized experiences. My work is informed by Health at Every Size, gender affirmation, and anti-racist frameworks to ensure that all aspects of my clients' identities are respected and honored.
