I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 8+ years of experience supporting at-risk youth and families. I use a trauma-informed, empowerment-based approach, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing, growth, and spiritual exploration tailored to each client.
