I work primarily with pre-teens, adolescents, adults, and couples who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. They’re often at a point where they’re ready to take accountability, reinforce adaptive behaviors, break unhelpful patterns, and better understand themselves. I provide a secure space to explore difficult emotions, gain practical tools and insight, and increase self-awareness. My style is approachable and direct and I firmly believe the Client is the expert of themselves and their situation. I strive to reinforce one's balance, confidence, and resilience and will support Client's to the best of my abilities.
I specialize in anxiety, trauma, stress-related, behavioral, and relationship concerns. Modalities I utilize are: Person-Centered Theory, CBT, Attachment, Somatic Experiencing, and I incorporate principles such as: neuroscience, mindfulness, and wellness. I hold Client's accountable to their goals and always try to support them in overcoming any obstacles.
I understand how overwhelming it can feel to face life's difficulties and challenges on your own. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I’m happy to offer support, guidance, and a safe space for healing. Please do not hesitate call me for a consultation and let’s explore how we can work together toward your goals.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) approaches in therapy. CBT focuses on how our thoughts affect our emotions and experiences. SE supports our nervous system's innate capacity for growth and healing; and helps us, not only increase understanding of our unconscious selves, but increases our ability to manage difficulties more effectively.
