Starting therapy can feel like a big step—especially if you’ve been carrying stress, trauma, or relationship challenges for a long time. I offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where real change can happen. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families who want more than just coping skills; they want clarity, confidence, and a deeper sense of safety and connection in their lives and relationships. I also have a strong interest in working with men and adolescents, supporting emotional intelligence, reducing loneliness, increasing authenticity, and reinforcing resilience during key life transitions.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, I help individuals heal from various forms of trauma and relationship wounds, manage anxiety and chronic stress, and support people in feeling more grounded in their emotions and relationships. I also support those impacted by: depression, grief/loss, chronic pain, difficulties with anger, or emotional overwhelm.
My approach is collaborative, transparent, and grounded in creating trust and safety—because that’s where meaningful growth happens. I currently have openings, will always return calls or emails, and can often schedule new clients quickly. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be glad to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

"
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) approaches in therapy. CBT focuses on how our thoughts affect our emotions and experiences. SE supports our nervous system's innate capacity for growth and healing; and helps us, not only increase understanding of our unconscious selves, but increases our ability to manage difficulties more effectively.
