My clinical expertise centers around helping individuals adaptively address anxiety, stress, various forms of trauma and abuse, and relationship issues. Generally, clients seek my support to help process and manage difficult emotions, increase personal awareness, gain actionable skills, or when they need additional support in managing relational difficulties.
I provide a warm, caring, and emotionally supportive environment that fosters your innate capability to manage or overcome the difficulties you are experiencing in life and/or relationships. I approach each session with ethical, trauma-informed, evidence-based practice, and attempt to work collaboratively with you to accomplish your therapeutic goals.
I applaud your courage and resiliency to take the first steps towards supporting yourself, and/or your relationships. Therapy is difficult work and it is important you feel emotionally secure throughout the process. I look forward to meeting with you and assessing how best I may be able to support you in your therapeutic journey.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Somatic Experiencing (SE) approaches in therapy. CBT focuses on how our thoughts affect our emotions and experiences. SE supports our nervous system's innate desire for growth and healing and helps us, not only increase understanding of our unconscious selves, but increases our ability to manage difficulties more effectively.
