People who receive therapy from us report increase self understanding and improved coping skills. If you've already tried traditional "talk therapy" and want a change, we also offer EMDR Therapy.
Our Black and Person of Color therapists provide Individual Therapy to meet the needs of all genders process unresolved trauma, interracial/multicultural relationship issues, identity concerns, stress or micro-aggression in the workplace, reproductive health and justice concerns, difficulty managing or expressing emotions and more.
