My approach is strengths based and trauma sensitive. I specialize in supporting clients through grief and loss, processing traumatic events, navigating life transitions and managing anxiety. I have specific training in EMDR and perinatal & postpartum depression, anxiety and mood disorders.
I work with clients of all ages and in all stages of life. My experience working with children and teens is extensive, utilizing play and art therapies that are developmentally appropriate. I have supported children and their parents to address behavioral challenges and anxiety. Additionally I am skilled in working families who are grieving.
