I specialize in EFT and trauma therapy for couples, families and individuals. I am a Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT) and Supervisor. I also work with Janina Fisher's model of trauma treatment which is a blend of modalities including IFS and sensorimotor psychotherapy. I have been certified in EMDR and Brainspotting and use them for emotionally charged issues, stuck patterns and trauma. Trauma lives on in our nervous system long after the traumatic experiences are over. Trauma is triggered, but we are often unaware that that is why we feel so bad. Trauma symptoms can congeal into various types of struggles including disorders of personality, mood, anxiety, eating, relationship, self loathing, and dissociation, among many other issues.
