With over 15 years experience, my passion is creating a safe space for you to explore your conscious and unconscious mind and be able to talk about things you might not be able to talk about in other areas of your life. I believe that both a collaborative and compassionate approach is fertile ground for personal growth. I work with you as a whole individual encompassing mind, body and spirit. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindfulness, Hearthmath, DBT, ACT and CBT, amongst many other evidence-based modalities.
I support my clients in enhancing their overall self-awareness and ability to navigate complex emotions. Within each of us is a reservoir of inner wisdom that we often lose access to through trauma or challenging life experiences. I help clients re-gain a sense of trust within, clarity, emotion regulation and empowerment in their day to day lives.
At the heart of therapy is a need for a safe space to explore emotions and thoughts uncensored. My approach is grounded in compassion and understanding, meeting you where you are in your healing journey with dignity and respect. I work best with clients that are seeking a holistic, insight oriented approach and eager to grow and better themselves.
