I specialize in helping survivors of sexual trauma to stop blaming themselves and shift of out a shame-based identity into a deeper sense of self-worth, safety, and emotional freedom.
Using attachment and mind-body approaches like AEDP, EMDR, and somatic therapy, we work together to understand what is happening to you, help you learn to trust yourself again, and feel safe, in your environment, and within your own body. I offer 90-minute intensive therapy sessions designed for individuals who are ready to experience deep healing.
