When we experience both positive and negative changes in our lives, it is not uncommon to feel as if our lives are unraveling. As a counselor, I encourage individuals to overcome personal challenges and get a better sense of personal strengths. My clients are encouraged to find healthy perceptions of themselves, make healthy changes in their lifestyle, and strengthen their relationships to improve overall well-being. I want to be able to help you to find solutions to the problems you are currently experiencing. I hope I can help you gain greater understanding, insight, and perspective into yourself and your closest relationships.
Therapy can be helpful throughout many transitions, decisions, challenges and life events. Whether you're seeking therapy for the first time or returning to therapy, you can make the changes you seek. Your counseling will be tailored to your individual needs and create a sense of empowerment. I want to be able to help you gain confidence and resilience.
I have high levels of empathy and a strong ability to connect with your challenges. I have a high sense of non-judgement and I understand how hard it can be to know that you need to come to therapy and work with a therapist for the first time. We can do this together. We can build a better you through your hard work and mine.
