Are you looking for direction on navigating life transitions? I believe you are the expert of your life and therapy is an opportunity where we get to reflect on your life's trajectory, and to recognize how to get to what's next. I am passionate about using my unique skillset to teach, support and provide a space for internal transformation to take place.
With compassion, I counsel with focus on mental, emotional and relational health. I specialize in mental health and Christian spirituality. I use strategies from cognitive-behavioral and motivational-interviewing with a focus on relational dynamics, guiding you towards your goals.
You will walk away with insight and endless tools to better navigate this crazy thing we call life. I love to discuss healthy boundaries and how to navigate relational challenges, managing anxiety and transforming the way we think, and processing the reality of the impact of trauma on our everyday lives.
