My name is Nick Worstell, and I'm so happy you're here! I am a therapist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I pride myself in walking alongside my clients to support them as they work through both intense emotions and challenging thought patterns. I'm skilled at guiding individuals as they develop heightened self-awareness, identify bodily responses to stressors, & implement effective coping strategies based on their inherent strengths. My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and non-judgment. I focus on clients' strengths to help them utilize coping skills that work best for them! I strive to create a safe & supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings.
