During our work together we will share a safe, confidential, and nonjudgemental space for you to tell your story, as we embark on this journey of discovery and self-love. Collectively we'll work towards developing a deeper understanding of who you are and what it looks like for you to share your story.
Together we will work toward effectively meeting your needs while developing healthy coping skills and boundaries and an increased sense of self-esteem. I have experience working with those within the LGBTQ+ community and their families, as well as, those with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, grief and loss, and relational conflicts.
