I value a collaborative, person-centered approach in therapy and am trained in a variety of methods to tailor to meet your individual needs. I specialize in evidence-based psychotherapy, using mindfulness, acceptance and compassion focused methods to treat a range of problems. I have extensive experience treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, stress related problems, and serious mental illness. I have experience working with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds and age ranges.
