I offer a safe environment for someone seeking support for their current struggles. We will work together to identify obstacles and build on your strengths. We will focus on helping you work through problems that may include anger, relationship difficulties, break ups, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addictions, personality spectrum and, or mental illness. I have 26 years of experience and have an integrative approach to help clients heal, cope with and overcome challenging obstacles. I generally work with individuals, teens, adults, and couples.
I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based treatment for treating different types of trauma and adversities. I have professional training with nutrition and integrative medicine for mental health professionals. I use various forms of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy.
