In a non-judgmental way, I walk alongside my client to provide a space for their story to be told, all the successes and sufferings that it contains heard with compassion. Together we explore what present symptoms may be trying to reveal about lived experience and where this experience is contributing to felt meaninglessness and keeping clients stuck.
