If you struggle with mastering your circumstances, they may end up mastering you. This is a reality we all face, but the time and effort required to do so can be overwhelming. My experience is centered around neurodivergent populations who struggle with emotions and executive functioning. I view each client with holistic, person-centered views of a unique and complex individual rather than just a diagnosis. As an abstract thinker, I specialize in helping you tie the pieces together in a new, autonomous and empowering way. I strive to be genuine and collaborative in sessions-- come talk to me about anything, I would love to listen!
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgemental and nurturing environment, providing guidance as you identify your strengths and discover the power of your individuality. With my abilities rooted in empathy, flexibility and creativity, my practice is highly integrative, trauma informed, and based in relational, psychodynamic, and client-centered approaches.
