Finding the right therapist is not a one-size-fits-all process. It's important to find someone who you feel connected with. For that reason I do not charge for the first session if, for any reason, you decide not to schedule a second session. (Only after a second session will I charge for both the first and second sessions.) My goal is to make this process as stress-free as possible for you.
I work with a variety of client issues, but specialize heavily in coping with symptoms of anxiety, performing under pressure, breaking through performance slumps, and bounce back from burnout.
I am trained in Sport and Performance Psychology and use a framework of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you increase your mental flexibility and fortitude, and overall make things feel lighter. I help clients do this while also creating a rich and fulfilling life that directly aligns with your values and goals.
