I specialize in helping men and couples navigate the pressure of modern life. From high-functioning anxiety and anger to disconnection, communication issues, or feeling stuck. Whether you’re trying to rebuild your confidence, work through relationship tension, or just figure out why you feel so irritable and burnt out, we’ll cut through the noise and get to what actually works. My approach is direct, grounded, and practical. No fluff, no endless venting. Just focused, evidence-based support, so you can understand what’s going on beneath the surface, feel more in control, and finally start moving forward.

I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, BlueCross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.

I work from Monday through Friday and offer daytime and evening appointments. We have more than 10 therapists on staff so if I’m not the right fit, I’m sure we can find a colleague who is. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
