Nick believes in a person-centered approach to therapy believing that each individual comes with the capacity to grow and change in their own unique way. Nick primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution focused therapy techniques when working with individuals.
CBT allows individuals to gain an understanding of how their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions are connected to help a person gain an understanding of how to regulate their own emotions. In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing and watching sports, being outdoors, cooking, and trying new hole in the wall restaurants.
