Working together with the expertise that clients and I both bring, I help teens and adults navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief/loss, trauma, and major life transitions with greater understanding and resilience.
I offer compassionate support to help you continue loving yourself through the messy process of change, as well as accountability to help you follow through on the changes you seek – at a pace that feels sustainable and authentic to you.
