Nick Nelson is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) who sees people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief, and many other challenges related to one's emotional well-being. My passion lies in helping others build resilience, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop more meaningful connections with themselves and others.
My belief is therapy should be a collaborative, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where everyone feels comfortable showing up as their true selves and recognizes the inherent worth and potential for growth within every person.
My approach is trauma-informed and person centered. I seek to integrate mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), somatic-based interventions, strengths-based practices, and client-led discussions tailored to each individual's needs.
